The Yogo Evans, as from 0001 hours of the 4th of August, 2014, for a period of one calender month, shall be proceeding for an annual leave! I shall be planning to join the farming community of Chemelil Sugar belt and carry out harvesting of barns. Save for the provisions of the Article 58 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010, thats, unless State of Emergency is duly declared, I shall be attired in overall, boots, jungle cap and armed with farm implements.
