The Youth Banner is in need of the following: 1. General Manager: * to coordinate and supervise the day-to-day operations of the programmes and projects of the organization * to guide program / project managers in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programmes / projects * to liaise with project partners and ensure timely reporting * to update the CEO on a regular basis of the progress of each programme and project of the organization Key Qualification: * knowledgeable in programme management * knowledgeable in fund management and reporting systems * M&E systems * Degree in project management (masters is a plus) * previous experience in programme management 2. Personal Assistant to the CEO * coordinate activities of the CEO * ensure that appointments are well coordinated and planned accordingly * set calendar of events, meetings and prepare the documentation and logistics for such event for the CEO * files and organize documents according to the CEO
