The aid news by the Turkic Central Asian countries to the flood hit regions in Afghanistan has been warmly welcomed by the victims. The recent news that Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan promised to help the flood victims created joy among the flood victims in Jowzjan, Sarepul, Samangan, Faryab and Balkh provinces of Afghanistan bordering the Central Asian countries. Meanwhile, the promises by the Central Asian countries have motivated the Afghan government to send more aids to the flood hit provinces.
