The allowance of our denials is the dissolver of our trials. Armoring serves a purpose: to keep us from expressing vulnerability where it isnt safe to express. Not every issue requires a direct confrontation through the modality of a mental warrior. Sometimes an escape from what is here and now is exactly what we need. Sometimes the best shadow work means looking in the completely opposite direction while letting it melt over us when we arent looking at it.. in the way that we want it to happen and on our own time.
