The answer to each and every question asked of F assbender is well, you know, Im a grandfather too and I want to see them and all kids, and the teachers too, back in schools. I am convinced that this can all be settled at the negotiation table. BCTF need to bring a serious, legitimate deal to the table, within the zone, and Im sure this can be solved through negotiation. You see, I have grand children too, . . . He does not say when. He does not say they have to bring a serious proposal to BCTF and students. He does not say class size, only composition. He does not say he is concerned for education, but that he is concerned for publics money, using education money taken from over 10+ years to balance the budget. (While paying for roofs, US power, pipelines, small business development loans, Olympics, schmoozing foreign countries and delegates, etc . . . ) BCTF is making a stand for money that had already been allocated by law to eduction. NOT MORE. Teachers are behind in pay and benefits to teachers in all the other provinces and territories uin Canada. Students are behind $1,000 per year per student to most all of the other students all across Canada! BCs families are first highest in the poverty level in most all of Canada. Now who ar e the money grubbing greedy people? All of you who deny our children and families an equal oppoortunity for a quality education in line with the rest of Canada.
