The answer to this is obvious, the DHS has a primary responsibility of identifying and disarming Americans that the democrat administration feels is a treat to a communist Muslim dictatorship takeover. The DHS directive issued in 2009 by Obama targets, vets, Christians,militia members, 2nd amendment supporters, conservatives, white supremacist groups, republicans,constitutionalists, children of unemployed parents and anyone that speaks out against the democrats as domestic terrorists, to be disarmed and arrested under Martial Law.
