I wish there was a way to pull this on cops having switched out their rounds with wax and them not know it. Surprise training that they believe is real. They need to train till they retain laser focus and are unflappably decisive. This guy could easily have killed this cop with a lucky shot because of the way the cop allowed this to go down. He knew he had a camera to vindicate him and should never have allowed himself to get that compromised. Let me be clear. Camera or not , dont die because saving your own life might look bad without video or a friendly witness..
