The awarding of the Nobel peace prize which long ago became absolutely meaningless, for once actually did something right (though a year late for Malala Yousafzai). It is easy for those with significant creature comforts living in a safe Western culture, take that Ben Affleck, to speak out one way or another regarding human rights, but Ms. Yousafzai faced (and faces) physical danger just by her beliefs and words. I doubt that I will have to make the kinds of choices that she did, but she is an inspirational figure ...
