The balance of life between a musician and his family is a tough, bitter sweet battle. Artist have a strong yearning deep inside to perform and share their hearts and souls with others and hope to share the laughter or even the tears that helped to create the music. I love my music, yet there isnt a day that does not go by, where I do not find myself questioning this path I have chosen. Although I realize, I spend more time with my family than most men in my position, I sometimes wish I wasnt born with this talent that God blessed me with and did not have to struggle within about my obligations to my family and friends. Dear Lord, I am not asking for a car, for homes or riches. I merely want to be the best son, brother, friend, husband and most importantly father that I can be. These gifts you have given to me, I know I could never repay you for. I pray that you continue to help me to make the right decisions so that each new day, I can learn to be a better man for everyone around me.
