The before and after photos of my attempt at the no gluten pizza. Zucchini, pizza sauce, onion, tomatoes, pepperoni, and mozzarella cheese. The verdict is in. There was none left. It was very, very good. I used zucchini, Ragu pizza sauce, Vidalia onions, pepperoni, fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I sliced and coated the zucchini with olive oil then baked them for 10 minutes on 450, then I put the toppings on and baked them for 15 minutes longer. It is definitely a recipe we will repeat. Quick and easy, just like I like them.
