The beginning In 2005 I was driving on Route 10 in Chester,Va. around 9 o clock @ night with my 2 boys an I saw an older lady standing on the opposite side of the street going towards Hopewell as if she was waiting on a bus.There is no bus that runs that way nor was she holding up a sign; just standing there with her belongings. I told my boys that I was going to go back an pick her up. Of course they said No Ma!! Dont do it! She might hurt us. I felt so strongly about picking her up. The more I drove away from her a voice kept telling me to go back. So I did. This lady was older about in her 60s an had a lot of bags that she traveled with. She was so grateful that I picked her up. She gave me a hand size pillow with a gold medallion that said Jesus attached to it. This bag lady said that the pillow was anointed an would give me strength and courage, an would help me get through the hardest times I would ever have to face. After my encounter with her I went through financial changes,suffered with depression,an I was also about to become homeless with my two kids. The Bag lady said she sent the pillows to rappers one that stood out was Snoop dog an asked him to change his lyrics to his music so that it wouldnt be offensive to woman. In 2007 A childhood friend asked me to develop a business idea that he had an it was named Pillow Entertainment,with It i showcased local music artist, promoted parties,local talk show an promoted major artist in the Richmond,Va. area. October10,2012 Pillow became PILLOWS an the company was going into a different direction with a meaning and purpose. PILLOWS mean Positive Individual Living Life Optimistic Without Stress. My nature was changed, i was born again, my faith has been strengthen an my relationship with God is unbelievable!! And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. (Romans 8:28 KJV) That is how these pillows became relevant to reach people an give them encouragement to live a positive life that can be stress free if they Only trust God... Pillowsentllc@gmail
