The belief that human intelligence gives a child of God a greater insight into the things of God is misleading. For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth (John 4:24). While the intellectuals are blessed to have an earthly advantage, it doesnt give them a heavenly advantage. It is unfortunate they do not have the wisdom to comprehend this and thus show what they know at every opportunity they create themselves. A bird-brain is wise under the power of God. Elijah was fed by ravens (1 King 17:4). If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him (James 1:5). Happy Saturday/Sunday!
