The benefits of regular exercise: Besides weight loss and toning muscles, there are other great benefits. Here are a few. Regulation of your digestive system, all that muscle movements helps keep your intestines moving too...that and all that extra water your drinking to stay hydrated is working wonders in your intestines! Glowing skin! Thats right, regular exercise makes your heart pump faster and harder which pumps more oxygenated blood through your system which is pumping up those blood vessels making your skin glow (the sheen of sweat doesnt count! Lol). And while your looking good from that glow, toxins are getting pushed out your pores (sucks the first week, but regular cleaning fixes that so make sure your washing your face after EVERY workout!) and that extra water is helping here too! Endorphins! Thats right, regular exercise ups your endorphins, endorphins make you happy, happy people dont kill their husbands (thank you Reese Witherspoon...lol). But its true! The reason people feel better with exercise its those endorphins! An improved immune system! Yes, youll still get sick...but you may get sick less often and for a shorter time! Is it from the better, more natural vitamin enriched foods? The higher oxygenated blood in your system? The fact you sweat out impurities almost daily? I dont know! Im not a scientist here people! But I do know that active people stay healthier and bounce back from illness (colds, flu, bronchitis, things like that) faster! Stay active friends!
