The bent over barbell row has probably become one of my very favorite back exercises. If you keep great form on this exercise you can get some really great results with the growth of your back. I have days where Ill go lighter doing 3 sets of 20 and really focus on the squeeze. But then I also have some days that Ill go heavier and more explosive, but on those days you must be careful that you are still doing great form to avoid injuring yourself.
