The best gift a man can give himself is contentment. There is no end to wishes. Someone who can draw a line between wishes and needs, is on his way to attain contentment. The best inheritance that I would give to my generations is the desire to be contented. I cannot attain contentment unless my former and latter generations also understand the difference between needs and wishes. I need to go to the temple but my wish is to go there in a BMW. My efforts are mostly driven by the wish. The disparity in the distribution of the wealth will continue to remain so, till mankind adapts contentment. I would define contentment as "differentiating between needs and wishes and driving our efforts to fulfil our needs and not wishes"
