The big day is finally here! If you havent seen it already, everyone who pledged $20 or more through our Kickstarter campaign to help fund our new documentary, THE PAST IS A GROTESQUE ANIMAL (originally titled Song Dynasties), will be receiving a download link for the film this morning. The e-mails will be coming from [email protected] so please check your inboxes (or spam folders) to make sure you have it. The links are being sent to the e-mail associated with your Kickstarter account. (If by tonight you still have not received a link, please send us a message through Kickstarter.) We are waiting to hear back about when the physical DVDs will be ready to ship and will update you as soon as we find out. Were hoping that everything will be ready to send out in early July at the latest. Also, if youre interested in seeing the film in a real theater with all of your closest friends, check out the list of screenings that are currently lined up here: ofmontrealmovie. A few were just added, so take a look and see if its showing in a city near you. And once again, as always, thank you to all of you for making this film possible! We couldnt have done it without each and every one of you and sincerely hope that you find as much joy in watching it as weve had in living it.
