The biggest day you will ever have in business is when you learn to let go and realize you can manage a lot more than you can do yourself. Learning to build a team and leverage the power of other peoples time is often the line where young owners fail. This is the owner who believes no one can do it as well as he can, no one is as smart and no one will work as hard, which is what all failing gym owners tell themselves until they starve to death or the bank takes the business away. It is a huge sign of maturity when you can engage a team to follow your path and help you grow your business. It can also be a sign of emotional immaturity when you believe you are the only one who can do things and then you get too busy to get anything done at all. You can lead, or you can do, but you cant do both and build a wildly successful business.
