The biggest problem with selling a Harley Davidson is mileage. - TopicsExpress

The biggest problem with selling a Harley Davidson is mileage. According to a recent potential buyer, my bike that is 7 years old should not have over 6,000 miles tops. That statement is just silly. It also shows that the stereotype that harley riders do not actually ride their bikes is partly true. In a year I put 11k miles on this bike. The previous owner Nadia Melaisis will also let you know that these bikes are meant to be ridden. She has put more miles on a bike in a year than anyone I know with the exception of Beanre. All im saying is that if you have a motorcycle, ride it. Dont sit it in your garage for the sake of simply having one. Having one does not make you cool, riding one doesnt either, but it sure does help.
