The blood of surviving Ebola victims have been prove to be the best treatment against the virus, why is it not being utilize in a way that it will help save lives especially in Sierra Leone where the epidermic is rampant? It a shame that the Sierra Leonean Government is still struggling to combat this deadly disease. Steps such as massive public awareness campaign of the disease compile with safety protocols put in place and the use of donors blood from surviving victims, these are just few steps that the Sierra Leonean government should have implemented to stop the spread of this deadly disease. By the time Zmapp becomes available it seems like many people will become victim to this deadly disease because of the failure of the Government of Sierra Leone to come up with proactive measures to fight the Ebola virus. Depending on the west to solve our problems is not a good idea.
