The body is designed for movement but in our society we are in a vicious cycle - As we age we exercise less - We exercise less because we are getting older - The older we get the less exercise we are capable of doing - We accept joint pain and physical limitations as a consequence of age instead of the sum of our past actions or inactions. BREAK THE CYCLE - use it or lose it. Walking promotes health but also find what is enjoyable (exercise wise) and do that to.
