The business of Kabutya Trading Enterprises Close Corporation was started on 18th November 2012. It is a Namibian wholly owned, managed and registered close corporation established in terms of the laws of the Republic of Namibia. KTE CC was founded by a group of young and previously deprived Namibian professionals and incorporated under the Close Corporation Act 26 of 1988, Close Corporation Amendment Act 8 of 1994. It has been established as a legal special purpose vehicle through which its members can collectively and in an organised manner engage in formal trade ventures and, in so doing, actively participate in the country’s economic mainstream in order to contribute to economic growth and social development of Namibia. KTE CC, is a multi-disciplinary entity specializing in variety of business activities, including constructions, property investments & development, real estate, construction, general cleaning services, renewable energy technologies, plumbing, general electrical; security services plus other related business activities.
