The calendar says last Friday wasnt the 13th, but the way my day went, it sure seemed like it!! I began the day by breaking a mirror while rushing around getting ready, running late as usual!! From there it got worse!! Had to go to Angelo and so I got blue ice packs out of my freezer outside. I laid them on top of my pickup bed cover and promptly forgot about them!! I loaded everything else up, including Tia, and headed into town. After arriving at the shop, I went inside for a minute. Michael drove up and when he came inside, he asked me if there was a reason I had blue ice packs riding on top of my truck bed cover!! I couldnt believe they didnt fly off after 13 miles!! I got to Angelo with no more problems til I purchased some clothes and a new purse at Bealls. I exited the store out to the parking lot and heard a funny noise. Since there were other people going in and out, I assumed it wasnt me making the noise! I knew I paid for my stuff and it was in a bag. When I arrived home, I opened the new purse to take out the tissue paper and found one of those little white plastic anti-theft thingys!!! I assumed the thing will beep when I go back to get them to take it off, so I called the store. The girl who checked me out answered the phone and remembered me. She apoligized profusely and assured me it wont beep when I take it back but I think Ill ask Michele to take it back for me........LOL!
