The cancer industry is spending virtually nothing of its multi-billion dollar resources on effective prevention strategies, such as dietary guidelines, exercise and obesity education. Instead, it pours its money into treating cancer, not preventing or curing it! Thats why we need to be more educated and prepared to change our lifestyles so that is Life generating and Immune Supportive . Some of the ways we can do such is: 1. Food Preparation: Eat at least 1/3 of your food raw 2. Carbohydrates/Sugar: Reduce or eliminate all forms of refined/processed foods. 3. Protein and Fat: Consider reducing your protein intake to one (1) gram per kilogram of lean body weight. 4. GMOs - Avoid genetically modified foods as they are likely to be treated with herbicides that are likely to be carcinogenic. Choose fresh, organic and preferably local grown 5. Animal-Based Omega-3 fats: Normalize your ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fats by taking a high-quality krill Oil or flaxseed oil, sesame seed oil etc. 6. Natural Probiotics: Optimizing your gut flora will reduce inflammation and strengthen your immune response. Adding naturally fermented food to your daily diet is an easy way to prevent cancer or speed recovery. 7. Exercise: Exercise lowers insulin levels, which creates a low sugar environment that discourages the growth and spread of cancer cells. 8. Vitamin D: There is scientific evidence you can decrease your risk of cancer by more than half simply by optimizing your vitamin D levels with appropriate sun exposure. 9. Sleep: Make sure you are getting enough restorative sleep. Poor sleep can interfere with your melatonin production, which is associated with an increased risk of insulin resistance and weight gain, both of which contribute to cancers virility. 10. Exposure to Toxins: Reduce your exposure to environmental toxins like pesticides, herbicides, household chemical cleaners, synthetic air fresheners and toxic cosmetics. 11. Exposure to Radiation: Limit your exposure and protect yourself from radiation produced by cell phones, towers, base stations, and Wi-Fi stations, etc. 12.
