The chosen one was definitely Darth Vader. The fact they are finishing this series away from ol Lucas is proof of this. George Lucas intentionally mislead his audience in saying that Luke could have been the chosen one. When in actuality every piece of evidence points towards Anakin as the one who refocused the force for the greater good by destroying an elitest, stagnant, strong and corrupt Jedi Order that did not serve the Light Side Justice. And even going so far as the return the force to the light side with the powers gained by joining the dark side as his dying breath. Akakin thought the Sith had better abilities until right before he was going to die. He re-specialized to get the immortality passive that being a Sith was taking him to long to get. He learned if he went Jedi he would have enough points after Yoda finally died, got internet and friends listed him.
