The class of July is Cross Training. This class is fantastic to improve the level of fitness and condition of the body. Similar format to a circuit with more freestyle stations and more emphasis on cardiovascular exercise. In recent weeks Sheree has taken this class on at 10.00am Wednesdays in a 45 minuite format class. Sheree has great unique classes planed each week. Bianca teaches the 5.45am class on Tuesdays for 45 mins. I cannot think of a better way to start your day.
