The closing statement of this 1985 video says exactly what I keep - TopicsExpress

The closing statement of this 1985 video says exactly what I keep arguing about the ANC, from what I observed and continue observing. If you think how much ppl are defensive to the ANCs failures, despite their own daily poverties, how defensive they are to the organisation, how much they prioritise their organisation over the countrys welfare, then you cant help but to realise that the demon of total conquest at the expense of progress and well-being was sown long time ago. I have never been a fan of the Hanis and them. I remember when the man died, I was coming from Natal Tech. Getting home in Chesterville (where we were renting), my ANC sister (relative. We were renting together and both of us came from Soweto and related maternally) was very much sad. I didnt even know about the incidence. She was so sad and in pain. Honestly, I hardly even knew much about Hani. Thats when I started taking note of the late man. I saw a township switching off all lights, all homes in candlelight, mourning for Hani - I had never seen anything like this. Of course Chesterville was a 99.99% ANC township and their language was clearly anti-IFP and such organisations. There were a handful of PAC guys, who were not in good terms with the ANC lot. One of them was a fellow-born again brother in our church then. Anyway, let me not write long stuff, but just say: Truly it is interesting to see the closing statement of 1985 continuing in 2014. People are interested in ensuring the ANC rules, theyd rather starve than see the ANC losing. I dont see politics about this, I see emotions run high, with deepened hatred for other organisations, especially so-called white ones and the IFP. Now those hated lately include the EFF I fear, but which came as a result of the ANC, fulfilling the warning Greg Mills (author of Why Africa is Poor) issued. I truly hope the EFF doesnt become more powerful, however I need the EFF to challenge the hypocrisy of their former organisation. As for me and the organisations I support, we have never been dubious, we have always been clearly and unambiguously CAPITALIST. Herewith the video: https://youtube/watch?v=I-60MZnc2dY
