The constitutional and civil responsibility of the police is to protect lives and property these are their legally mandated duties of which they can not be held foul if they play within the ambit of the law, unfortunately they have mischievously attacked the the civilians without any form of civility to the extent that they are now killing themselves. Come to think of the fact that yur brother, cousin,nephew or son is among these two innocent young men who were mistakenly treated as armed robbers whereas they were policemen, wht will yu do do. It is true that accident may occur bt i think that we should act with professionalism in all dat we do. life LOST CAN NOT BE GAINED BACK, the same thing happened at Tema abt a week ago, it happened at Atronie under mob action where all those people were innocent, pls some of these men are the touch lights in their families so lets act with professionalism. Nowadays people join institutions coz of the pay bt not the services to be rendered,ca nthis help Ghana? Lets build a perfect society for the generation unborn.
