The count down begins: Aiden will be getting admitted to the hospital for seizure monitoring and followup for his skull surgery in a week and a half. This will be the first time that Aidens daddy will miss one of his appointments and the first time mommy will be making the drive to Pittsburgh by herself and staying by herself with Aiden in the hospital. Prayers are appreciated as this is very important testing. Since surgery Aidens vision has diminished and they are afraid they nicked the optic nerve. He just got his new higher prescription glasses last week and is not a big fan of them. In school he is showing signs of staring off seizures so they want to check his brain function and medication levels. Aiden doesnt like to be held down and he will have to be papoose boarded for about an hour to apply the electrodes to his head for seizure monitoring. He will be confined to a 5 foot radius around a bed for 23 hours. This will not be a fun time for Aiden or mommy.
