The customer is always right: Recently a guest requests no pork - pork allergy, they order vegetarian options. When they their vegetarian options arrive, they refused it and complain to the server that they think that pork is in their food. They made a big fuss about pork, huddle to decide what to do then decide to order a dish with pork in it, in spite of server telling them point blank there is pork in the dish. They enjoyed their new pork dishes, and thanked us for their night.
