So this experience should be from a Department Store, high end retail/fashion boutique , Cosmetic or high price point product environment. Role: PART TIME BRIDAL SALES CONSULTANT to cover Maternity leave REPORTING TO: STORE MANAGER Duties To provide excellent customer service at all times To oversee bridal appointments To manage own bridal appointments in accordance with Bridal training To manage administration of documentation for own and colleagues brides where necessary To inspect and steam incoming gowns To manage the appointment diary appropriately. To achieve sales targets Knowledge Skills and Experience in bridal are preferred but not neccessary. Essential Demonstrable success in a structured sales environment Demonstrable ability to close sales Desirable Min 20 hrs per week , but has to be able to do more hrs when neccessary Sales Consultant and customer service experience from within a premium environment preferable Flexibility to work unsociable (retail) hours including Saturdays , Evenings and some Sundays (on a rota).
