The dark moon is in Scorpio today, currently squaring Jupiter and then moving to conjoin with Saturn by this evening before turning void of course until tomorrows new moon. Its my goal to make sure they are never an exclusive service, no matter how large my readership may become (it has grown a lot in the past year!!). :-) In terms of the astrology of today..were in the last twenty four hours of Scorpio season and with a moon/Saturn contact this evening we should expect to finally see something that has been shrouded in uncertainty or anxiety for the past few weeks. We are standing at the precipice of a large shift in energy that will happen over the course of this weekend, as early as tomorrow afternoon. Take care not to rush or react, listen deeply this evening, and dont try to gloss over the depth or seriousness of what comes up. Dont try to dismiss it or polly-positivize it...dont trip down the stairs looking for a silver lining. The invitation to the unconscious will not be redirected toward some simple or sunny solution right now. Be the person who isnt afraid to look into the secret truth or the hidden sources of your fear and worry. Your hesitancy isnt just paranoia, either. There may be something to it, so again dont rush things and consider carefully as you trudge along through this temporary period of unknowing. By tomorrow the air will be clearer for excitement, forward movement, and the rush of new projects or decisions. The gamble wont feel so menacing and by early next week there will be even more opportunities presenting themselves. The simplest way to put it for today might be like this: isnt it scary to admit what it is that we desire? To be seen clearly for what we want but to be ignored or to find no support from the gods? Isnt it scary to know what we want, but to have no idea if well get there or not? Isnt it scary to feel hesitant in the face of potential failure? Isnt it scary to think we can be so completely wrong about something we feel so right about? Isnt it scary to know that all we can do for a little while longer is wait and see? Prayer: Idleness is the depth of Autumn. Help me to remain in this cold, blank place for just a while longer. Seeing so clearly in these final moments...a fire just starting to flicker and dance in the dark of our eyes.
