The day WILL come when you will post your before and after photo and be in the winners line up but you have to get up and start the process! Blood sweat and tears!!!! You need to be mad at yourself for doing this to yourself while on the treadmill so you can keep going! You have to get on that cardio and let your past life go! You have to go in that mental space where you feel like you are really reinventing a new you! You have to carry that with you all day and night! You have to vision yourself looking smaller and wearing the living hell out of your clothes! You will no longer feel fat in this mental process! There is a fit body that has been dying to get out of that fat body!!! You will ABSOLUTELY NOT let anybody convince you that a fat roll is beautiful! Work and sweat to melt that fat mess off of you in 2014! Get in your zone and do not come out of it until you are satisfied with the well put together body you see in the mirror!
