The day has finally come, 8 weeks ago I started a new workout program. I started with the intent to build more motivation to just maintain more attendance at the gym. Little did I know that not only would I find more motivation but that my lifts would progress as much as I did. Now unfortunately I am disappointed with my final numbers, as I feel very confidently that if I had maxed my lifts at separate times I would be able to achieve higher lifts. None the less I am extremely ecstatic with my overall increase and progress. Keep in mind this was after 8 weeks of lifting 3 days a week. Enjoy.
