The day started out crazy for Danny. Edan and I went down stairs to watch TV in the media room and water was on the floor in the pool table room and the media room. Our media room has a 72 inch television with a entertainment center that fits around the television. The water did not hurt the pool table or television because we caught it in time. We have lived here 22 years and never has the basment been wet from the rain. He got the shop vac out and cleaned it up and the fans are drying the carpet in the media room. The furniture is all ok also I was shocked to see the water. Danny went outside and got on the roof in the rain to clean the gutters from leaves. He said thats what happened the leaves was blocking the gutters from draining and it caused the water to go directly down the side of the house into the basment. We had a nice dinner steak, potaotes, cottage cheese and garlic toast with some ice tea. I dont feel so good today at all. I been in bed on and off most of the day . I hope I can sleep tonight. Some one dear to me has asked for me to pray and have others pray for a loved one that is in intensive care. This young man needs all the prayers he can get and is so loved by his family. Please have your church pray for him the Lord knows who you will be praying for. Thanks so much the next few days will have a lot to do with whether he is going to make it. He is young , married and has childdren. I am going to snuggle with the grandsons and watch Halloween pumpkin carving on food network. Have a good night everyone. love you. :)
