The death of Robin Williams, the man who made the world laugh whilst struggling incredibly with depression, should be a lesson to each of us. What we see when we look at/observe another person may not be even close to the whole story. Judging a person based on what we see on the surface, without ever knowing what is underneath is wrong. People act/react according to not only a current situation but most often in relation to what is going on internally, whether its masking/hiding something from the exterior world through laughter and silliness or an outpouring of emotion. This is not only true of those suffering depression but of most of us. Dont judge, dont criticise or condemn. Dont assume that anyone has it all. Nobody does...💜
