They can look anointing and appear to be anointed, but only to an extent or really not at all because it is more soulish things than real Spiritual things. Think about it. How much new wine would have to be poured into an old wineskin in order for it to burst? This is why we can still have small trickles of God moving and small portions of the anointing in old wineskin churches/ministers, BUT it will never be the fullness of the glory of God released. An old wineskin will NEVER be able to contain the fullness of the new wine of the Holy Ghost. Wake up church!
