The early morning breeze rustles Darkness still abounds You have just departed Without a single sound Farwells by touch alone You took your leave while my back was turned But not alone Two precious souls were there To acknowledge the strength you had To slowly slip away Farewell my sweet I whispered to an ear that could not hear You showed your love to me that morn Upon our favourite place I watched in pure delight as you flew across the sky With an angel leading the way and two by your side Your hand tightly clasped to our newest precious jewel Stay there you cried ill will be back Im just taking PutPut for a ride To take her to see the world and the people too The ones gone and she needs to know Others yet to come that she will know Stay there a while till we return A blast of breeze and they were gone Into the night once more They did return to my joy flying through the sky Not to stop and say goodbye We have some more to do was her happy cry And so I sat waiting, looking at the sky dark clouds rolling gently bye and bye A silver moon gently parted those deep black clouds And shone its rays by my side Then without a fuss a gentle voice by my side PutPuts back its time for you to go inside I stood and looked but nothing by my side Then to the sky I looked Then you said goodbye Don’t forget the coffee cup You always do Take it back inside To your room once more to tell our precious jewel That PutPuts back With that our newest precious jewel awoke and kissed her nannies hand goodbye saying her and nannie had been to the park to say their goodbyes
