Celebrating the SPICE of LIFE… The Zest Festival was first held in 2011 and will run each year until 2016, which will mark the 400th anniversary of the landing of Captain Dirk Hartog in Western Australia. This weekend’s festival will explore the area’s cultural connections to other countries, especially those cultures touched by the Dutch East India Company: South Africa, India, Indonesia and the Netherlands.
