The eye of the storm-- there was a database error in which my service plan was somehow mistaken, and through the information on my receipt the Walmart service plan representative corrected it and will be performing a full service on my laptop. I apologize for my earlier outbursts on here, and will pull them down-- I just had an outburst of stored anger and I felt it better to get it out than hold it in until something dangerous mightve happened.
