The family of Georgia teen who was found rolled up in a wrestling mat at his high school has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against school officials, claiming lack of action led to his death at the hands of another student. A sheriff’s office ruled Kendrick Johnson’s death accidental after he was found in January 2013. Later, an independent pathologist hired by Johnson’s parents ruled it a homicide.
