The fear of Nigerian politics is the beginning of wisdom...Indeed politics has hijacked issues bordering on Religion, tradition, etc Anything goes in Nigeria so long it satisfies a particular interest..The poor, deprived, needy, etc have no say at all? How and why Sanusi Lamido emerged as the emir of Kano state overnight still baffles me. Was he installed just to get back at some supposed political enemies or sth, is Sanusis installation as Emir a retaliatory action, to eliminate PDP in Kano, etc ? What was the criteria for choosing him? The second son of the late Emir was fronted as the one who would succeed his father so what happened? Where is the first son of the late Emir if I may ask?
