The federal govt some years back (6 to be precise) promise a more regular electricity supply by 2020, which i believd was a good idea, because no governmnt would like to invest on somthing that ppl will nt see on time during its tenure, but today, weve seen rather vice-verser, the power dropped by 300mgwtz, just six years before the year proposed, i think by that 2020, the drop 300mgwtz would be added (which i partially doubt ) and that would eventually be the achievement.
