The federal govt’s FY 2013 goals are to set-aside 23% of ALL small business contracts this way: - 5% for women-owned businesses - 5% for small disadvantaged businesses - 3% for service-disabled veterans - 3% for HUBZone-certified small businesses Even though I went to public school, I paid attention! So PLEASE don’t ask me who gets the other 7%. I’ve asked THAT question many times and have never gotten a satisfactory answer. Having said that. these are all SEPARATE pots of money. Should your business be getting some these set-aside funds?
