The feeling in the pit of your stomach when your driving at night (by yourself) on the highway and the light in the dashboards comes on and says shut engine off immediately low oil pressure ugh... I just picked my car up from dealership to have my rear bumper replaced after getting rear ended in North Carolina...luckily Pete had to get gas after he dropped me off and was only minutes behind me! It was an ideal situation-- to have him minutes behind me and close to home. Oil was not registering on dipstick, after a quick run to the gas station to get oil and adding only 2 quarts it showed it was full... Started driving again and saw my oil pressure light going south quickly! Got my truck towed (he arrived 8 minutes after I called) and will find out tomorrow whats going on. Very thankful that it went smoothly! Thanks Dad and Dave Dolle for the advice while I was in in panic mode. Will find out tomorrow hopefully nothing major.... Ugh
