The final two gigs of the four in three days came at Magnums in Oliva this afternoon. Various members of the Three Ts plus Tall McCartney on bass joined up in various combinations for a nice afternoon set, Big Tone doing his better than Elton John stuff, Ant did an excellent Passenger song. We got together for a few nice harmonies on Free Falling and a killer Heartache Tonight, which never fails, all our voices were a little worse for wear, but we got through it ok, then I was off to Denia to get the Tony Rivers and the Boys gig off to a start at the great Alter Ego bar. WOW what an audience they are for us, everything went well, but a new addition to our limited not enormous repertoire really kicked it off for us I wanted to try Bryan Adamss Run To You-- a great success, no rehearsals but it worked great. Later the Ts arrived and it has to be said that Free Fallin/Tracks Of My Tears mix blew them away, followed by Heartache Tonight the great Eagles song, when the audience heard the opening three part harmonies they were hooked and a dums and bass kicked in to the hook they were ROCKIN, Sailing by Rod Stewart is another fantastic song that every audience so far have not been able to resist joining in! All in all a pretty good week, now for four days relaxez vous! The Ts return to UK later today.
