The first dinner, taking place on Thursday, October 16, will feature raw vegan food by Chef Matthew Kenney. This James Beard nominee and FOOD & WINE Magazines Best New Chef (1994) is the founder of Matthew Kenney Culinary, a state of the art raw food culinary school in Santa Monica, California, as well as the proprietor of many health-conscious restaurants across the country. Matthew Kenney Culinarys Director of Culinary Operations Scott Winegard will cook alongside New York City chefs Daphne Cheng of Suite ThreeOhSix and Tyler Kord of No. 7 Sub, and together the chefs will explore the versatility of vegetables and grains and impress guests with the flavors, textures and combinations that can be conjured out of any backyard garden...
