The Court ordered the defendant to the following: Incarceration of 6 year(s) 9 month(s) Followed by Supervised Release of 3 year(s) Special Assessment of $200.00. I am glad he got a stiff sentence and not just a slap on the wrist! The second individual is to be sentenced next week, if I remember correctly.
