The first photo is of me at 19 stone. Overweight, struggling to hold my daughter at Disneyland Florida. The heat was a struggle. I suffered with severe IBS and was on a high doseage of medication, taking 7 tablets 3 times a day. I was unhappy. Was also on anti-depressants as the weight and having to deal with my appearance got me down. The more down I felt, the more I ate. Then in September 2013, a close friend introduced me to Herbalife. I looked into the company and found that it had been going for 33 years, was the worlds too nutrition company and that in fact, I ate 5 times a day - with only 2 of them being shakes! I was never a believer in shake diets but had been shown some progress photos and thought what the hell, Id already tried everything else!! He kept telling me that I would eat on this programme... I didnt quite realise how much I would be eating. The plan consisted of me eating 5 times a day to ensure my metabolism was working - helping me to burn fat more efficiently. Only 2 of my 5 meals were Herbalife meal replacement Formula 1 shakes :) no calorie counting whatsoever, an coming from someone that seemed to spend hours counting calories with SW and WW, this was perfect. 10 months later... The second photo (taken 2 weeks ago on my holiday to Cyprus) speaks for itself... I No longer take any medication for IBS nor any form of anti-depressant tablet. I no longer consume 3 litres of Coke per day, but have replaced it with water. I no longer struggle with walking, in fact I have just qualified to be a Fitness Instructor and most of all, I feel amazing.
