The first timer parent is so funny and so true!! If there was a category for a parent of 6, it would go like this- 1. Fishes clothes out of the hamper because they look clean enough. 2. Picks the Cheerios back up off the floor and gives them back to child. 3. Hands baby to whoever walks through the door even if its the Schwann man or Fed Ex guy. 4. Nap time is whatever time of day mom can sneak out the door and drive to the gas station for a 44oz coke refill. Baby can sleep in the car. 5. Walmart alone is the equivalent of a vacation, and mom will walk down every single isle to get the most out of her alone time. No, paint isnt on my list, but maybe someday I might want to paint something so I better start choosing out colors now... 6. Forgets to take pics of 90% of holidays and events, throws away all schoolwork except the report card, socks never match, has every fast food place on speed dial, and considers the day a win if all the kids are in bed by 10:00pm. ;)
