Tassal Tasmanian Salmon Dinner in the Sky with Channel Ten personality Ben Milbourne on December 27 at 6pm Launceston Airport presents Dinner in the Sky with Ben Milbourne and Fiona Lowe from Brown Brothers Tasmanian Estates on December 27 at 8pm. Join Masterchef favourite and host of Ben’s kitchen for a 2 course dinner in the sky featuring Tassal premium salmon, a Cocobean chocolate dessert and canapés in the clear roof VIP marquee before elevation. All food is matched to wines from Devils Corner and Pirie (with special introduction and wine information on the 8pm elevation), and Tasmanian Beers. Each of the 20 special guests receive a complimentary gift bag from Tassal upon departure. Note: A descent will occur after main has been served to allow for a rest stop, and a second elevation will take place for dessert. This is also an opportunity to change seats if you wish for a slightly different view. Tickets are $550.90 per person including booking fees.
